I read and article in Universitetsläraren on AI in higher education which is related to how we as teachers know if our student have equal abilities to participate online. According to the article this is not the case. Similarly to that students are more or less use to the academic milieu they also are more or less digitally literate. The same goes for higher educations teachers where many still prefer paper back and synchronous off line lectures and some prefer student driven online course work.
