I have tried some of the suggested tools. Screen -o- matic was useful, especially for video editing. Prezi looks interesting as well.<\/p>\n

I started using Padlet to try to create a open networked learning space for residents sitting for their anaesthesia professional exams. The link to the Padlet can be found here<\/a>. I have tried to encourage the residents to engage and interact on the platform, but at present there does not seem to be much happening. Maybe it’s early days and the exam is still a good more than 6 months away. The format of the Padlet involves posted questions on a topic, with residents asked to provide answers in the comments section. Residents are also encouraged to post their own questions.<\/p>\n

I think technological tools are great for education, but sometimes i get overexcited about a tool and forget about more important things like the goals, outcomes and pedagogical aspects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
