Topic 1 – CoI
The Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework can be a valuable tool for online educators in the field of online education. By using the CoI framework, educators can create an online learning environment that supports collaboration, critical thinking and discourse. This can lead to improved student engagement, increased motivation and deeper learning. Additionally, the CoI framework can be used to foster meaningful relationships between Educators and students, as well as to facilitate and direct the learning experience. The CoI framework can help to ensure that online education is engaging and effective, resulting in better learning outcomes for students.

Topic 2 – Co-existence of AI tools and Educators/Subject Matter Experts
Can AI integration in education co-exist with Educators and Subject Matter Experts?
Yes, AI integration in education can co-exist with Educators and Subject Matter Experts. AI can be used to supplement the efforts of Educators and Subject Matter Experts, helping them to make better use of their time, resources and expertise. AI systems can be used to automate mundane tasks, such as grading and marking, freeing up Educators and Subject Matter Experts to focus on other aspects of teaching and learning. AI can also be used to analyze student data and provide personalized learning paths to each student. This can help Educators and Subject Matter Experts to better understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses, and tailor instruction to their specific needs.

Topic 3 – Online collaboration, Divide and Conquer
Divide and conquer is not necessarily bad when it comes to online collaboration. In fact, divide and conquer can be an effective strategy for managing complex tasks and projects that require multiple people to work together. By breaking down the task into smaller, more manageable chunks, it can be easier to coordinate and manage the collaboration. It also allows each person to focus on their own area of expertise and can help to streamline the process. However, it is important to ensure that each team member is given the opportunity to provide input and feedback, and that all perspectives are taken into account (which was the exact method we used during this course)
