Hello everyone,

Many of you already know me from the team meetings. I am part of the organizing team and, together with Tore, I am responsible for the team meetings on Fridays from 11 AM to 12 PM. I am looking forward to being part of it again.

I’ve noticed that it’s hard to discuss ground rules in the PBL group when the participants are not so sure about how the process looks like. I’ve found the attached illustration (framework) to be a helpful tool in the discussion. I’m using it in Miro and asking the participants to put post-it notes on it with topics like; meetings, communications, roles, collaboration, rules, etc. The participants will get an idea of the process and it’s easier to discuss ground rules together.

It’s getting really close to start off the #ONL242 iteration and we are trying to solve some final touches.

Thanks to some fantastic last minute volunteers (big thank you to Sinéad, Minna, David and Gregor) the ONL242 team is now complete. Get an overview here: https://www.opennetworkedlearning.se/onl242-team/team-members/
