I think i learned about the key requirements needed to build an online course that participants could find useful. I learnt about how to create spaces for interaction and reflection, how to foster collaboration in groups and encourage learner participation.
I also learned about new tools, many of which I have now started to use myself. Examples include padlet, miro and genial.ly.
The ride.
I enjoyed meeting new people, especially those from other disciplines to myself. Working and learning with them was an enriching experience. Although we met only twice weekly for an hour, I think that the sessions were very productive and there was a great team spirit. Thank you as well to the facillitators of PBL group 6 who did an excellent job of giving us space to explore and guidance when necessary. (Anders & Lotta)
Takeaway.
I would love to design a space just like the ONL platform for my students.
