What a cool pic Sahar, thanks for sharing! Any tips how to unlearn? 🙂

Thanks, Selen! Maybe practicing mindfulness and reflection 😉 Cultivate mindfulness and self-reflection to become more aware of our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. Regularly reflect on our actions and consider whether they align with our current values and goals. Mindfulness can help us recognize and challenge automatic responses and ingrained habits.

I agree with the previous speaker! A really cool picture. Did you create it yourself? And as Selen says, how do you unlearn? Or what does it mean? That we should start from zero to be able to learn and relearn?

Thanks, Charlotta! Actually, I have not made the picture but found it very relevant to the course. As I mentioned above, practicing mindfulness and reflection can be considered a solution for unlearning 🙂
