Logging into Adobe Connect

beskuren-skarmdump-att-logga-in-i-adobeLog in as guest and write your name in the field (or use your id if you have an account within sunet).

What happens next is important, since there are two options and you need the Adobe Add Inn so it will work properly;

  • Option 1; Adobe simply opens in the same tab in your browser as you logged into, this is wrong and looks like this;
    beskuren-skarmdump-adobe-som-flik
  • Option 2 (the Add In is installed on your computer); it will looks like this in the tab you logged into and this is correct; beskuren-skarmdump-att-motet-oppnas-med-add-inn
    Adobe then automatically opens in its own window (not in your browser) and it looks like this;

    This second option is how it should be to work optimally! If Adobe is running as a tab in your web browser then you will have sound problems. In that case go to the HELP menu at the top right and you will see an option to install the Adobe Connect add-in – do that!
