Welcome to join our webinar about learning in communities and the concept of personal learning networks. Our guest for this session is Kay Oddone,  Charles Sturt University, Australia. Kay is a former ONL participant and her PhD thesis deals with the subject of this topic: Teachers’ experience of professional learning through personal learning networks. Kay has been an appreciated guest lecturer for many iterations of this course.

In this webinar Kay will discuss the importance of community building and social interaction in teaching and learning. In particular, we will look at how teachers and students can develop their own personal learning networks (PLN).
