During this concluding week, peers and facilitators will share and reflect on learning experiences from ONL as well as look ahead what this might mean for our present and future practices. Many questions arise. What effect have the learning experiences from this course had on your development of personal learning networks and environments as well as in your own professional practice? What were the benefits and what were the challenges? What are the next steps?

Activities for all learners

Collect your documents! You may want to use this concluding week to collect and assemble the resources that you have found most important for your learning and future practice. Bookmark them or make them accessible in one place where you can come back to find them if needed. Also, try out using Diigo as your personal bookmarking tool if you are not already using it.

Share your reflections! You are welcome to share reflections on what it has meant for you to be a member of this ONL community.

Join us for a Final webinar! The intention is to share experiences and to have a discussion on various aspects of the ONL course. There are no special preparations for this webinar, however you will be asked to interact and comment on different topics and you are encouraged to use microphone and camera for further interaction. See further information and link to join the webinar to the right.

Make and maintain that connection! You are encouraged to continue to use your Twitter account as well as LinkedIn. Find all ONL learners and follow them to promote further networking even after this course is finished. You are further encouraged to share your final reflection on Twitter. Remember to use the hashtag #ONL161

As we now are approaching the end of the ONL course, don’t forget to fill in and update your activity in the Activity tracker!

Learning blog

Based on your previous reflective posts and experiences gained throughout the course, summarize and critically reflect on  your learning and development. Let us kindly remind you that this post is mandatory if you want to receive your ONL certificate. The final summarizing blog post should  contain approximately 400 words. You can use the questions below to guide your reflection:
– What are the most important things that you have learnt through your engagement in the ONL course? Why?
– How will your learning influence your practice?
– What are your thoughts about using technology to enhance learning/teaching in your own context?
– What are you going to do as a result of your involvement in ONL? Why?
– What suggestions do you have (activities and/or in general) for development of eLearning in your own teaching or context? 

PBL group work

Use this week to look at what the PBL group has achieved during the course! Put together a short summary of the group’s work (using for example Padlet, Powerpoint etc.) and share in the ONL community. Consider the following paragraphs:

1. Who were the members of the group and what have you accomplished during the course.
2. Reflect on your development as a group and the value of the PBL group for your learning.
3. Look ahead: what happens now?

By the end of this topic, you will have had the opportunity to

2. reflect on and share how to use gained knowledge in current and future practices
