CommentsI participated in ONL242 in the autumn of 2024. This experience was highly meaningful for my development as a higher education teacher, especially as it allowed me to explore open practices, collaborative learning, and participatory pedagogies in an international context. I would also like to highlight the wonderful spirit that was created within my working group: everyone was always willing to help, without any judgment when someone could not attend the synchronous meetings. We consistently found collaborative and asynchronous ways of working, ensuring that every member could contribute to our common goals. It was truly an enriching and inspiring experience. I would be happy to remain connected to the ONL community and to collaborate in future initiatives.
