What are your main motives or reasons to participate?

I am an English teacher who teaches students online, and I am very interested in developing my skills as an online educator. Teaching in a virtual environment has shown me that effective online teaching involves much more than simply transferring a traditional lesson to a digital platform. It requires thoughtful use of technology, meaningful interaction, collaboration, and an understanding of how students learn best in an online environment.
