What are your main motives or reasons to participate?

I want to enhance my capabilities, my knowledge, and skills to provide a quality education to my learners. Because as a teacher, it is essential that a teacher should not stop learning. Learning is a lifelong skill. I want to share these with my colleagues to reap the benefits of what I have learned in this course.
