As an academic, I would like to strengthen my understanding of collaborative online learning and explore how to apply it in my teaching and work with colleagues. I am particularly interested in experiencing problem-based learning from a learner’s perspective and understanding how to encourage active participation, inclusion, and meaningful interaction in online groups.

ONL also offers an opportunity to exchange experiences with educators from different disciplines and countries, reflect critically on my own assumptions about teaching and learning, and build lasting professional connections. I look forward to contributing to the group while developing practical ideas for my own educational context.
