My main motivation for participating in ONL262 is to strengthen my knowledge and practical skills in online and blended learning, collaborative learning, and digital pedagogy. As a university faculty member, I am interested in improving my teaching practices and designing more engaging, student-centred learning experiences.
I am particularly interested in learning from educators from different countries, exchanging experiences, and exploring how open and networked learning approaches can be adapted to higher education. I also hope to apply the knowledge and methods gained through this course to my own teaching and contribute to the development of digital and innovative teaching practices at my university.
