About me

Hello, my name is Diego.
I am from Brazil and works at UFRJ (Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University). I am not a teacher, but I work directly with education through administrative work. I am also a lawyer and curious about all kinds of knowledge that can help in my personal development.
Therefore, education is very present in my life, as I constantly seek new learning and in different ways. One of my dreams is to found a school with a different and progressive teaching methodology, focus on student development as a human being.
I have many passions in my life. Actually, I love my life. I try all the time to keep my body and my mind in movement. So, i practice crossfit, soccer, surf and other sports. I also love music and play guitar. To finish, I currently enjoy reading and studying topics like philosophy and spirituality.

It is a little difficult to define precisely who I am, since I am always changing.
Patient, optimistic, in constant search for progress in a harmonious and respectful way. For a quick definition, perhaps it is as close and faithful as I can describe about myself.

About this blog

This blog was specially created – as part of a proposed activity – to share my experiences and learning in the Open Networked Learning course.
It will certainly be quite enriching as well as challenging as I will face the difficulties of studying and communicating in English.
However I am happy and grateful for this opportunity.

Bye bye. See you in the next post.

Diego
