Attended a webinar conducted by Dr. Maha Bali a couple of hours ago and wow wow wow!  So this is how online classes should be conducted!  Get participants involved by having them type in statements.  Get them involved by putting annotations on your presentation. Get them involved by letting them speak and be heard.  Get them involved by addressing issues that are near and dear to their hearts. 

I arrived at the session exhausted from a long day at work, but within 10 minutes, I was super energised again. What an amazing feeling.  I will try out some of these strategies and techniques in my own class soon.
