To just relay on one person representative, I think that it is not so fulfilling all students opinions. I like more wider perspective than just link to one person. I like that we collect all the students opinions without discrimination. Might be just one person as admin help.
Every one can write their opinions, and even can hide their identity as long as it is not going something out of the rules, their identity can be hidden from every one. Just in the case that the needs see by the community, they can check their identity. So we can promise the student that as long as they are not breaking borders, they can even be unknown.
It is quit easy to fulfilling this by now a days digital facilities. I do say it as Computer engineer. We do not need to follow old traditions.

I think it can be beneficial that we set digital public groups for different classes and different issues, and even the student can establish new group. So we gain them to communicate and involve freely without any border
