Online Participation and Digital Literacies.
Week 3 done already… I am still lost but somehow (mainly with the great help of my colleagues) topic 1 is done!
In this topic, we discussed about the GillySalmon model and the COI-Model. I knew already the GillySalmon model but the COI-Model was new to me. Here is how it looks like:
As you can see, this model shows the interconnection and overlaping of the digital literacies (Social, Cognitive and Teaching), and we could even add a fourth one – Learning – as shown by Link to paper about learning presence (Shea & Bidjerano, 2010).
The question now is… what will I do with this information?
