In the future, new technologies will probably be the norm. This means that the digital user can´t be afraid and hesitant to use digital technology. All of us more or less extent us as beginners now and in the future. For me as a teacher, I am convinced that my daily work facilitates if I have a positive attitude to technology. I believe that I can achieve this by having good planning, collaborating and having a common educational basic view. The important thing is that as a teacher, I plan my teaching and all other education moment with the students so that both the students and I feel motivated to collaborate and work with the task. For me as a teacher, it is very much about having a good collaboration between me and my colleagues and me as a teachers and the students. A good collaboration between colleagues means that as a teacher, I can feel secure and we can test new types of technology together through an open climate. My experience is also that it is important that there is a common pedagogical basic view within the college, in this case it´s about which view we have on online learning as well as the philosophical values. Kanuka (2008) also describes these success factors. For those who have not been engaged and used digital tools, I think they can be and / or will be an incredible difficulty and maybe panic when in the future they must and will be forced to use digital education systems. I find that this have already been clearly demonstrated because of the current situation in the world with Coronavirus.

My experience of working with online learning is often about the fact that as a teacher, I have to rethink and think again. In recent years, I have used simple digital tools to develop and improve my teaching. Instead of having scheduled lectures, I recorded lectures in Zoom and let the students watch the lectures. In connection with the lecture, the students were given reflection questions, which they had to work on, which were then discussed at the seminar. This educational way has meant that the students have been prepared and engaged in a much clearer way and I feel that it increases the discussion and develops their learning. I have also used and shared video that has related to the subject area that they have been able to see and discuss afterwards. I feel that you can do a lot with the material available online.

Another factor that is important in order to have a fruitful and effective online education is that we as teachers prepare and give students guidance in the digital world. Students must be guided into the systems that we require them to use and that the structure of the systems to be used is clear. My experience is also that they must have a uniform structure for course planning, that the students may be co-creators and that the courses offer and are created so that the students develop their digital literacy.

I feel this is very exciting and there is much to write about this but I will stay here and also want to tell you about the following articles that have inspired me on this trip.
