This Topic was my favourite because not only do I lecture I write study guides and load course content on to the Moodle LMS.

By learning the different models it became clear that there is no concrete right or wrong way of doing learning design.

Facilitating this task was a breeze thanks to Dr Fiona Cannon, with out her technological support while I speak it would not have been possible to pull off. I reflect on my facilitating journey because I have received feedback from ONL peers that I am a good facilitator which I am thankful for the wonderful feedback. Appreciated.

I look at how quick I have adapted and change from a face to face lecturer to full on online lecturer. I have made huge strides while I failed at some trials and succeeded at others.

What I feel was frustrating for me is that my peers did not want to openly share the learning designs that they use as part of their daily practice. I feel that for the topic it lacked the practical side that I was hoping to get into however everyone went with ‘theorising’ the topic.

This week’s topic gave me the inspiration to complete a online certificate through Udemy for Instructional Design for Development and Learning. I am beginning to think that I am heading and am more inclined to work in the Instructional design field for Communications and media studies modules.
