  • Blogs – looking back at my own blogs, I can see that I have developed from a sceptical, scared individual with lots of doubts into an individual that is now thinking positively about online learning and blended learning.  I don’t feel the same about writing the blog – it is still painful and I am very relieved when I hit the required 450 words.
  • Tweets – I did not use this, possibly just because I had no time; do not want a presence on another social platform; privacy.
  • Online material – the online material was a good introduction. The interactive webinars were fun, but I found those with big padlets irritating.  (On a small screen laptop it is very difficult to navigate on a padlet.)  The readings were well chosen and introduced the topics well. The videos and links were excellent.
  • PBL10 this was the best experience. The group started with 11 members of which Diane was our facilitator and Sinako our co-facilitator.  Great facilitation.  We covered the whole globe from Helsinki down to South Africa and west and up to Singapore.  The group developed over time; we started slowly but built up steam.  We learnt how to collaborate.  Tasks like facilitating a topic were determined right at the beginning, meetings were set and we moved into a pattern.  I liked the fact that the meetings were scheduled the same day and time every week.  It created structure and I was able to attend all of them. The Zoom rooms were fantastic, and the recordings a wonderful reminder.  Another good learning experience was the fact that our groupwork was presented with a different tool each time: Google slides, canva, padlet, prezi.     As a participant you had no choice – you had to learn the tool and contribute to the presentation.  Somehow I managed. The fish document helped us to focus, and most of all we learnt from each other, as each group member shared a different experience.   Each group member shared different readings, YouTube videos, Ted talks, or from their own experience in the classroom.  We worked well together and we learnt how to communicate and collaborate.  Thanks Diane, Sinako, Jamie, Minna, Nina, Patrik, Rafi and Bianca. Hope we meet face to face one day.
  • This was an excellent ‘educational experience’ (Quora, 2019).  Thank you to the ONL192 team.  Would love to have a follow-up course!
  • My own wordle/wordcloud was built by picking up all the C’s in my four blogs (e.g. communication, collaboration, critical thinking, CoI, confusion,  common platform, content, cMooc, connectivism) (Figure 1).
  • I hope that in the future I will have an ‘immediacy’ influence in future blended courses and most of all the building of a personal learning network where I will be present in the social, emotional, teaching and cognitive framework.
