What have I learnt and what will I bring in to my teaching practice? I have learnt so much! It have been a learning experience, from the beginning to the end. The best part have been to work in the PBL group. It have been a privilege to explore topic after topic together and it have felt like a long conversation with new input and insights, putting level after level into the topic of open networked learning. Insight from literature and seminars have been valuable, but even more valuable have been to be able to use my context and share the experience with the group members, when talking about how to apply and use the tools and knowledge in everyday working life. Even though we work in very different areas, we had many similarities. This way of working have really suited me. I am a slow thinker and in this course I have had time to think, reflect and act, both in the group and individually, in a way that worked very well.

Some things in the course have been challenging, like the open ended work method. To not have a clue about what was expected of us as students was strange and it took some weeks for me to understand that we could actually explore and present whatever we thought was interesting about the topic we worked with. This is a really interesting way to work, but it can also be difficult for a group to decide for example what to explore, when we are ready with a topic or not take the easiest path.

I will use my knowledge from this course not only in online teaching. I think a lot of what we have talked about is well working course design and how to motivate and interact with students by carefully planning the education and be open minded in using for example digital tools and openness. I will also use my experience from being a student into my teaching. To find a learning style that worked for me was very satisfying and when I plan and teach my courses I will try to vary the learning experience for the students, so hopefully they can find what suits for them. I need to dig deeper into digital tools and film making. We talked about using gaming in teaching and this is a new area for me that I look forward to explore.
