Hello everyone! This is my starting point for the ONL211 course. I do not know how I will keep with up reflecting on my experiences, but let’s do it.

I work as a lecturer in the department of English Language Teacher Education at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey. Now, I am vary far from my home, work there. I am a postdoc researcher at Universidad del Pais Vasco in Spain.

My institution moved to online teaching last year as many of institutions around the world did. We, as lecturers, had to adopt and adapt ourselves into this ‘new’ learning experience. I am naming it as ‘new’ because I have genuinely had any experience in teaching online. That’s where my struggles started.

Even though, I am not teaching right now, I think it is always a good idea to learn new things especially about this ‘new’ experience. That’s how I ended up here in ONL and I aim to benefit as much as I can do and be of help to my partners in my PBL group.
