My name is Kamala. I am an Associate Professor at the Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. My experience is quite extensive and progressive, from clinical nursing to nursing management and now nursing education. In the recent years my focus has been on academic development and I have been concentrating curriculum development.

Blogging is relatively new to me. It is one of the many things I have been learning since I joined the ONL course. This course has been an eye-opener. I am really looking forward to gaining from this course: meeting new people and learning from others.
