Today I was visiting a chiropractor- he says inhale, exhale and then suddenly he pushes when I’m relaxed and it sounds like a crash. He teach me about the body’s functions and give me tips on training movements that can improve my mobility. When I leave, everything feels a little better and I’m a little less tense. My PBL group has the same effect. I am affected by performance anxiety, doubts and sometimes I have a hard time to formulate me, but after the meeting everything feels a little better and I have received new inspiration to continue walking on the ONL 212 road.
Why open learning? For me who has my salary from the institution (regardless of performance:-)) it is about ideology. Openness to inclusion regardless of social status, age, gender or culture etcetera and willingness to share my knowledge. (European Commission, EU Science Hub. (2016). For me it means to flow & grow with a little help from my friends and maybe a red oar
