I am a stats & math teacher in one of the major universities in my country. I’m a committed teacher with a solid pedagogical background and a strong development focus especially on using different online and blended solutions. I believe that the best result of teaching and learning can be achieved by combining live and online elements, when possible. 

Currently I’m teaching mostly quantitative methods mostly in a mass-course context with several hundreds of students, but also some smaller courses and workshops with a few dozens of students. My students are from open university (not yet degree university students), to bachelor and master students to executive education students. I teach both in my mother tongue and in English. Outside of the academia I also teach different physical disciplines such as Pilates and acrobatics.

I have a PhD in applied mathematics & statistics and my research interest in that field lies in risk modelling, Bayesian statistics, (statistical) visualisation, epidemiology and transmission of infectious diseases. I have a full teachers pedagogical proficiency (60cr) with many additional educations in pedagogy and related fields. I’m an active member in different – mostly local – instances in developing and providing tools and practices for good teaching and enhancing the education, from the teachers end, learners end and from the managerial end.
