This week I have been moderator together with J. This assignment was a challenge for me and it was important to me that I carry my fair share of the workload and not be a social loafer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social loafing The moderator’s idea was to give the group an assignment that included collaborative learning both asFortsätt läsa “Topic 3 Baptism of fire”
Topic 1: What are digital literacies?
I have long seen myself as a child of the digital generation, a native user, if you’re using Prensky’s term. However, this view has been criticized from a broad front. White and Le Cornu summarize the criticism that the categorization of native a…
Keeping an open mind with Open Learning
According to the Oxford Dictionary (2021), the definition of ‘open’ is “allowing things or people to go through; not closed or blocked”. Easy enough, in theory… But when it comes to Open Learning and Open Educational Resources/Practices, well that’s another story! There are many benefits to open education and learning systems, such as improving opportunitiesContinue reading “Keeping an open mind with Open Learning”

ONL Topic 1
I want to be more flexible as a teacher and use digital tools in my teaching. I wonder that too, feel like a student again and have trouble seeing the path that leads to the goal. I´m not giving up yet😊
