A new course on Digital History is being developed by my colleagues and I at the Unit for Media History at Lund University. Its working title is Digital History: Media and Methods in Theory and Practice and if all goes well, we will offer it for the first time in the spring of 2021. The course will be online and as the first step in designing it, I attend a professional development course on Open Networked Learning (ONL) this term. My Media History colleague Ulrika Holgersson has previously attend the ONL course and found it highly stimulating. Our class meets for the first time today and I am already getting excited. One of our assignments will be to blog about the course, so you will soon see more posts from me about ONL and the design of the Digital History course.
