Hi everyone! My name is Anne DUPLOUY, I am a researcher at the Lund University. I have created this Blog to follow my own learning experience during a pedagogical course: the open networked learning #ONL191 https://www.opennetworkedlearning.se/
The course aims at teaching me, and others, about online learning. I will be required to use social media, ‘friends and colleagues’ online network, and different online interfaces to complete several tasks, and hopefully learn how to properly use technology in my own teaching at the University.
I am already using twitter (@duplouy_anne) a lot for sharing about ecology and evolutionary biology studies, which I find interesting and want to discuss with my peers, or anyone interested. I also use this platform to share my own work on host-symbiont interactions, and advertise student opportunities in my research group. This is however my first attempt at maintaining a blog. I will face it as a note book, writing down important concepts, potential new vocabulary and concepts, exercises and activities. I will also describe here my own learning experience during the next three months.
In brief, I will share in ‘black characters on white pages‘ anything I find worth keeping from this course, and discuss their importance and impact on my own teaching duties.
