Hi! The issue of tools, their advantages, disadvantages and how best to introduce etc in blended learning is very vital. Too many tools may constitute a barrier to learning. Similarly maintain fewer tools which are not so user-friendly is also another problem. The key is to constantly request feedback from users and adapt accordingly! Good job! /Leah Reply
