Open, Sesame!

The topic for this reflective text is Opennes in Education. I have thoroughly pondered upon it over the last two weeks. I started by examining the content of the word ‘open’ looking at how it is used in various idiomatic expressions. Of course being ‘open’ entails the idea of sharing and where would we be without sharing? Something I read or heard recently (sorry, can’t remember where) talked about how Wikipedia can only exist because individuals are prepared to share.
